Half the cost of the total print-run has not yet been recovered. If we could get a donation of about 2,000 Euros, we could give the remaining half of the stock to the devotees in neighboring countries for free distribution in Albania. A big thank you to Asoka Kumar Prabhu (ACBSP) from Germany for his generous donation.

Perfect Questions, Perfect Answers

Earlier, we announced that we would be preparing an Albanian Gita. But after further consideration, we think it better to work up to a project of that size by beginning with translating and producing several smaller books. We have already begun work on the Albanian Perfect Questions, Perfect Answers. This book will introduce Srila Prabhupada and his teachings to Albanian speakers in a very personal way, and will allow the Albanian book production and distribution teams to develop further before embarking on a translation of Bhagavad-gita As It Is. Asoka Kumara Prabhu has pledged to contribute to the Albanian translation of Perfect Questions, Perfect Answers. This is very encouraging. Many thanks to him!

Bhagavad-gita As It Is

Nandapriya Prabhu, originally from Georgia and now working as an oncologist in Denmark, is tirelessly translating and editing Georgian BBT titles at his own cost. With about 9,000 Euros we could both turn the manuscript of the Bhagavad-gita into an ebook and print a few thousand copies for distribution in Georgia. A very inspiring project!

We would love to finalize the work on the Kyrgyz Bhagavad-gita As It Is. The translation is done, and the devotees in Kyrgyzstan are eager now to get books printed for distribution. We need about 7,000 Euros to produce the ebook and print a small quantity in a neighboring country. It is not possible to print in Kyrgyzstan at the moment.
